Smile Practice

Last night’s dinnertime project was teaching Olive to smile on command. As you can see from the first shot, we had to point at our own mouths, say “SMILE!”, and make the biggest, cheesiest, toothiest grins ever. Olive followed suit.

And the final product…

Not bad, right? And doesn’t she look like she’s about four years old? STOP growing, child!

  1. Ok, sweet bib! Only a total rockstar can pull that one off.

    I cringed as I was reading that you were teaching her to smile on command because those are usually the fake cheesy ones, but Olive’s smile is still cute!

    And she looks like she’s at least 4. Sorry!

  2. Hey thanks! And you can’t even see the whole thing – it has cute little peas and carrots on the bottom half! My friend made it.

    Yeah, for a forced smile, it ain’t bad!

    Noooooo!!!! Not 4!!!

  3. First, I was totally going to say the same thing as Amanda – cool bib!

    Second, I say five… sorry! (She’s just got that little school girl look!)

    Last, Spencer says:
    “How you doin’…[wink]”
    (At least I think that’s what he meant when he licked the screen and drooled on the keyboard…}

  4. Spencer’s into cougars apparently?

    I guess Alex is now out of the running- that’s ok – there are a few ladies around here vying for his attention :)
    The new smile is going to be perfect for picture taking time! And I agree – she looks like she is about to start kindergarten! What is going on?

  6. omg. i’m jealous you get a real smile…we get something that looks like it hurts. lol. adorable.

  7. Love the bib. She does look like a big girl in those pictures. A very cute big girl!
